Help me out, and you could win Dark Steps!

I want to understand my readers better and, to that end, I've put together a little survey. If you need an incentive, one lucky respondent will win an e-book copy of Dark Steps. I know, I spoil you!

The survey will run until 12 noon (UK) on May 11th, so hurry, hurry, hurry. Here we go...

The survey was here but it has now closed so, you know, this is just a place-holder... you can view the results here.

  1. I had a hard time with your ebooks vs 'real' books question. I think ANY book is a real book and i equate the value with the content not the medium.

I did not sign up for the free book only because i am not a short story lover but i know someone will enjoy very much.

  2. Interesting survey - though I did wonder about the ebook v paper q. I personally prefer real books as a reading experience - but that preference is massively overshadowed by price point. I'd far sooner pay £2 for a decent indie ebook than £17 for the latest hardback release.

  3. Good survey. I think the USD equivalent would've made it quicker, but other than that it's great!

  4. The survey has now closed. Thanks to all respondents and congratulations to Dara England who was randomly selected to win the e-book copy of Dark Steps. Dara, let me know your preferred e-book format and it will be on its way to you.

A write-up of the survey results will follow soon.
